Nevalea Japonica is a beautifully natured female alpaca with a lovely presence and high-quality fleece. Her fibre is soft, dense, and uniform—perfect for spinning into fine yarns. Japonica has good conformation and excellent genetics, making her an ideal choice for both breeding programs and fiber-focused herds. She is easy to handle, and a pleasure to work with. Japonica is a good producer, her cria have soft blue black fleeces. Nevalea Odessa had a micron of 17.7, 3.7SD and has done well in the show ring, 1st place at the 2022 New Zealand National Show and 2022 Waikato Show in the Intermediate Black Female section. Her cria. Nevalea Nightingale also had a fine fleece of 16.9 with a 3.9SD
